After spending my entire career in the Hospitality Industry, I decided to self-publish my first book on Customer Loyalty. I knew that no matter how innovative the content, I needed to stand out from the crowd with a professionally designed book cover.
After we had our initial concept discussion, she not only gave me several preliminary designs representing Customer Loyalty, but took the time to do color arrays to suggest the right visual impressions with the graphics and text. And, she reviewed existing book cover displays so we could evaluate which colors/designs had the impact to get the most attention.
